Then what happens:
We will book your meeting in the Festival schedule and send you a link! It will be marked as a “private” or an “open” meeting (whichever you choose) and you can email your group to let them know to add it to their personalized schedule.
You can add an agenda, documents, any details as they get finalized to your meeting session directly through the schedule.
